The Universe love sending challenges my way, which I'm used to, but dang man. Saturn conjunct my natal Sun means tests every day. Sometimes I pass, sometimes I fail. And sometimes, I just say "not right now".
I'mma do it again soon...after the Spring planting is in.
Fasting is an interesting experience. Daily fasting, eating only once a day, is probably more effective for managing weight. I don't remember if you were seeking ketosis but high fat low carb can get you there with a daily fast. Low carb is just a good idea across the board.
I'm a good cook, it's easy to find reasons to use those nasty tasty carbs.
I'm okay with my current weight. I'm at about 140 and I'm 5'8", soon to be 50 years old. I was 120 this time last year and was WAY too skinny. I30 is prolly perfect, but I seem to yo-yo and not stop there for long! haha
But, yes. We're already a pretty low carb family and high fat is everyday! I just rendered and canned 6 pints of lard and 8 pints of tallow and I use a grass-fed butter. I've never been a big bread eater, but keep sourdough baked up for Jack. He does the daily fasting for diabetes. I used to, before I stopped smoking and pill popping. Now...I can't seem to skip lunch, but breakfast is only a Sunday thing and it's always more like brunch.
Four days is respectable, but you probably didn't get to ketosis.
It's easy to find reasons to stop fasting, LOL!
That's the damn truth! LOL!

Ahh yes, I remember all that now. You're the one I'm jealous of. :)
lol - I'll make you some peanut butter. I roasted some organic, raw peanuts yesterday.
Never seen a raw peanut. I'm sure it's awesome.
Sometimes I take peanut butter as a staple on bike trips. Also sardines and trail mix.
Thank you dear!
